I set up an account with Justfly. Asked for the notification of when airfare prices changed. I get a notification with a reasonable fare. I click on details and the price jumped over $100 above the notification price. To make matters worse i called them to ask about it and they hang up on me? Sounds like a scam site to me inspite of the reviews.You contracted Justfly to book your tickets. That isn't free. You also contracted them to process a refund for you with the airline. That isn't free. They are charging you $200/ticket (from the link above) for that service. What the airline agrees to give you doesn't matter. You didn't book with the airline.
