There are no items to cure corruption. You have to sleep on hallowed ground, like in the city, or touch holy sites. There is one single use item to cure corruption. But mostly either rest in areas with hallowed ground (Drezen) or interact with one of the bright glowing shrines, etc. when in a dungeon.
