1.5 Tivo Bolt suddenly flashing all lights. My Tivo Bolt Vox, 3tb 6 tuners, has suddenly quit working. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. This morning all 4 lights on unit are flashing rapidly. Tried rebooting several times but after about a minute lights start flashing again. Any idea of what the problem is?Options. on ‎01-04-2023 20:55. My Roamio has a problem. If it is playing fine during the day, in the morning all 4 lights are flashing. If I unplug/replug the power supply, it reboots and it eventually get back to working normal. TiVo Help says my internal power supply is bad and is not powering up the TiVo. She said the average life of a unit is about 5 years. When I mentioned that I read this TiVo forum and several folks have replaced their power supply, she was not allowed to offer any advice regarding the replacement the internal power supply.

All-lights flashing means hard drive. Easy enough to replace, any 3.5in drive under 3TB will be self-formatted when you put it in. Just make sure it's 5.4k, any faster drives generate too much heat and take too much power. To specify, not all drives work in a Tivo, 5400RPM or otherwise.

Bolt Vox 3tb was activated in Dec-2017, so less than 3 years old, but no extended warranty, but with lifetime service.
